The Story of the CRNSX Built by Mahavi Motorsports

Mahdavi Motorsports guarantees you have never seen an CRX with an NSX mid-engine transplant!  Even if you have we bet it is not as over the top as this one!

What happens when an NSX and a CRX fall in love?  Magic!

The CRNSX started out when Sam and a close friend dared to do the impossible.  The project started back in 2000 and has evolved through several phases over the years.  The canvas was a 1990 Honda CRX and the donor C30A engine came from a 1992 Acura NSX.  To show how far ahead of its time the CRNSX was, back in 2000 NOPI was still a thing and the Fast and the Furious had not even debuted on the big screen yet.

Shortly after the the unholy union was completed the CRNSX received a paint job and custom turbo kit built by Sam Mahdavi. Why you ask? We ask, why not! The CRNSX was prepped and ready to tear up the drag strip.

By the third and final phase of the CRNSX it received a crazy aero package from UAB Custom Cars. As well as a few turbo kit upgrades to improve airflow and performance.
